Instant Pot Beef and Macaroni

 

Instant Pot Beef and Macaroni

This quick and easy recipe is sure to please the littles in your family!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. extra lean ground beef
  • approx. 2 cups dry macaroni
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • salt pepper

Instructions

  • Set Instant Pot to saute, medium.
  • In Instant Pot, brown ground beef, drain if desired.
  • In large measuring cup, mix 1 can condensed tomato soup, milk and fill to a total of 4 cups with water.
  • Add to ground beef and season with salt and pepper.
  • Stir in dry macaroni.
  • Set to pressure cook, high, for 6 minutes.  Natural release for 5 minutes then quick release.
  • Stir.
