Instant Pot Beef and Macaroni
This quick and easy recipe is sure to please the littles in your family!
Ingredients
- 1 lb. extra lean ground beef
- approx. 2 cups dry macaroni
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- salt pepper
Instructions
- Set Instant Pot to saute, medium.
- In Instant Pot, brown ground beef, drain if desired.
- In large measuring cup, mix 1 can condensed tomato soup, milk and fill to a total of 4 cups with water.
- Add to ground beef and season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in dry macaroni.
- Set to pressure cook, high, for 6 minutes. Natural release for 5 minutes then quick release.
- Stir.
