Cheesy Bacon Brussels Sprouts
These brussels sprouts are so good that even your kids will love them!

Ingredients
- 1 lb brussels sprouts halved
- 4 strips bacon chopped
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 2/3 cup shredded cheese divided
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F
- In an oven safe skillet, fry bacon pieces over medium heat
- Remove bacon bits from skillet and drain bacon fat from skillet, leaving 1 tbsp in pan
- Melt butter in pan and add brussels sprouts, season with salt and pepper
- Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally
- Add garlic and stir for 1 minute
- Add heavy cream and reduce heat to low
- Simmer for 4-5 minutes or until sprouts are tender
- Add bacon and 1/3 cup of cheese, stir to mix
- Top with remaining cheese and bake for 15 minutes
Notes
You can also turn on the broiler for the last 5 minutes if you want to brown the cheese on top!
